MA Program Child Study and Human Development at Tufts University currently has two concentrations of study: Clinical-Developmental Health and Psychology and 21st Century Literacies: Media and Technology. Students may also design an Individualized Concentration of Study. Across these concentrations we offer students the choice between completing a Master’s thesis or to follow the applied track. For example, a current student who is interested in policy and advocacy is taking the courses: Program Evaluation; Government and the Family; and Early Care & Education Policy and Practice, and is doing an internship at Boston’s Citizens for Juvenile Justice. Our Graduate Career Center helps students take the next step in their training, whether it be a doctoral program or a job.
