Since April 2022, I have served as the Manager of Organizational Capacity and Strategy at the DREAM Project, where I oversee the implementation of the organization's three-year strategic plan, manage grant writing and support fundraising efforts, collaborate on executive communications, and optimize donor database management for a $1.8 million budget.    Previously, at DREAM, I was a Program Support Specialist (October 2020 – April 2022), where I worked closely with the Executive Director to develop partnerships, support fund development, and assist with internal and external communications. Before that, I worked as a Fund Development Intern (July – October 2020), where I took on the responsibilities of the Development Coordinator during her maternity leave, handling donor relations, fundraising, and external communications.    In addition to my work with the DREAM Project, I have continued my role as Director of Programs at American Youth Understanding Diabetes Abroad (AYUDA). In this position, I lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of volunteers; oversee program implementation in partnership with a Dominican NGO; and manage fundraising efforts to support diabetes education initiatives in the Dominican Republic.    These experiences have strengthened my expertise in nonprofit management, program development, and strategic planning, allowing me to contribute to sustainable social impact initiatives focused on education, health, and community empowerment.
