WUSTL Full-Time Opportunity: The Connectome Coordination Facility in the Computational Imaging Lab

The Connectome Coordination Facility in the Computational Imaging Lab (formerly known as the Neuroinformatics Research Group), is looking for a full-time, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to help manage the vast amounts of behavioral and imaging data collected under the Human Connectome Project (HCP) family of studies.  Assuming you are that individual, you will help manage data collected at multiple sites under multiple projects and shepherd that data from acquisition, through QC checks, staging for processing, pipeline processing, transfers to cloud-based storage for release staging, and ultimately through to public release. You will perform validation checks and review outputs of existing QC reporting to ensure the completeness and integrity of released data. You will work both independently and coordinate with research staff and scientists to resolve issues, clean data and help prepare it for public release.  Familiarity with the Linux command line and experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python) are strongly preferred.
