Dr. Khalsa also develops and deploys digital tools for behavioral phenotyping, including Somatomap for body perception mapping and the Tulsa Life Chart for life-course profiling, and he is an early leader in applying Large Language Models and Al to enhance scientific discovery, clinical workflow, and digital health innovation. He serves as an Associate Editor for Biological Psychology and JMIR Mental Health. Across his work, he integrates neuroscience, computation, and clinical practice to advance personalized and scalable approaches to mental health care.
