Damon is a graduate student in Dr. Joshua Jackson’s Personality Measurement and Development Lab (PMaD Lab). Before joining the PMAD Lab, Damon received his M.Sc. in Individual Differences Psychology from the University of Edinburgh where he was supervised by Dr. Rene Mottus and studied personality and item measurement qualities. He also received his B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University, where he studied political psychology, as well as political and economic philosophy. His primary research interests are in Item Response Theory, personality measurement properties, and the improvement of survey measurement quality, across time and across unique individuals.
