Hi, I'm Kayla Hensley! I am in the Aging and Development area under Dr. Rebecca Treiman in the Reading and Language Lab. I am looking at how children learn to read. Specifically, I am interested in how linguistic factors influence reading performance. My current work looks at how different onset and coda lengths predict lexical stress while reading novel nonwords.
