Khrystal Johnson

Khrystal Johnson is a graduate student working under the advisement of Dr. Seanna Leath in the Fostering Healthy Identities and Resilience (FHIRE) Lab. Khrystal’s research interests are guided by her own experiences as a working artist. She is focused on exploring the intersection of art and wellness. More specifically she is interested in discovering ways to integrate art-based wellness practices in marginalized communities. Khrystal received a B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Liberal Arts with a minor in Family Studies, and a M.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Washington University in St. Louis
