Raquel Cabral

Raquel is the Director of the Psychological Service Center and Associate Director of Clinical Training in the Department of Psychology and Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Raquel’s commitment to mental health and well-being is evident in the various leadership roles and clinical positions she has held throughout her career. From developing wellness counseling services for Graduate Medical Education (GME) at Washington University School of Medicine to championing health promotion and gender equity initiatives at Florida Atlantic University, Raquel has shown a dedication to creating supportive environments that allow individuals to fulfill their potential. As an educator and mentor, she has taught graduate-level courses, provided clinical supervision, and conducted numerous workshops on diverse topics. Raquel’s contributions to the field of psychology also include involvement in national committees and collaborative projects aimed at advancing well-being.
