Job Responsiblities

  • Operating system, application installation and user support across Windows and Apple platforms

  • Hardware setup and repair for Windows and Apple computers

  • Diagnostics for computer hardware, software, network and printing problems

  • Support various University systems such Box, MSOutlook, Duo authentication and eFax

  • Order computers, peripherals and supplies

  • Connect devices to Ethernet and wireless networks

  • Connect computers to printers and department copiers

  • Collect equipment for recycling and coordinate pickups

  • Telephone purchases, installation and management.
