Operating system, application installation and user support across Windows and Apple platforms

Hardware setup and repair for Windows and Apple computers

Diagnostics for computer hardware, software, network and printing problems

Support various University systems such Box, MSOutlook, Duo authentication and eFax

Order computers, peripherals and supplies

Connect devices to Ethernet and wireless networks

Connect computers to printers and department copiers

Collect equipment for recycling and coordinate pickups

Telephone purchases, installation and management.
