Paid Summer Research Opportunity

The Weight, Eating, and Lifestyle (WELL) Center at Drexel University is proud and excited to share the Minority Pipeline for Obesity, Weight, and Eating Research (mPOWER). We are recruiting undergraduate students, post-baccs, and graduate students from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds for an 8-week, paid summer fellowship. Fellows will complete an independent research project, work on NIH-funded research trials, and be part of an excellent community of researchers. They will be mentored by one of our faculty members, all experts in the field of eating and weight research, and a clinical psychology PhD student. This is an excellent opportunity for minority students who are interested in pursuing a career in eating and weight research to gain experience in the field and learn about how to attain a career in academia. If you could please distribute this to your students, it would be much appreciated. I have attached a flyer, and a link to our website. We are considering applications through December 1st, 2022. Please let me know if you have any questions. We are excited to meet your students!

Best,

Claire
